Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log in to your Prolink account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
- 3.Ship Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
- 4.Quality Inspection
Once our technicians receive and inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
